September 17th is National Voter Registration Day but New York Residents have until October 26th to register to vote in the 2024 General Election. We have paper registration forms available here at the library as well as absentee ballot request forms and other voting information. 

To check your registration status and make sure the information is up to date you can visit this website: https://voterlookup.elections.ny.gov/

You can also look up a sample ballot, your polling site, and more at the Chenango County Board of Elections website: https://www.chenangocountyny.gov/235/Elections

The Oxford Memorial Library is hosting a Voter Registration Drive on September 17th! We will have registration forms, ways to check your status, voting resources, and more information about your right to vote.
